High Park Fire Update: June 14 at 1:21 PM (#HighParkFire)

Information from High Park Fire Public Information Officer.
Fire officials have issued an all-clear for the area of Big Bear Road, Bar D Ranch Road, south on the Buckhorn Road to the junction of the Masonville Road, northwest to include Alfalfa Way, Buckhorn Ridge Way and Running Brook Lane. Residents in those areas may return home and passes will be available at the roadblocks in those areas.

There will be a public meeting held tonight, June 14, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. at the Community Center at Gate 8 in Glacier View. The meeting will be to discuss the fire and to answer any questions you may have. Residents in this area will be receiving the reverse 911 notification about the meeting. Glacier View is still on pre-alert and there is no change in the alert status.

Bonner Peaks Subdivision has been given the all-clear by fire officials which allows residents (RESIDENTS ONLY) to return home. No special passes will be required for this area, so residents do NOT need to go to The Ranch to get credentials. In addition, CR 27 south of Big Bear Road, including Big Bear Road is now open; however,Otter Road is not included.
