Executive Order D 2012-014 - Declaring a Disaster Emergency Due to the High Park Fire

States that the High Park Fire constitutes a disaster emergency.
Activates the State Emergency Operations Plan.
Allocates $20 million to the Disaster Emergency Fund for response efforts.
Allocates $195,000 for recovery efforts.
Activates the Colorado National Guard for response efforts.
