The State Emergency Operations Center was activated this morning at 9 a.m. as part of Operation Vortex.
Operation Vortex is a full-scale exercise. The focus of the exercise today is recovery.
This is an EXERCISE only and is not related to the on going Jessica Ridgeway investigation in Westminster, Colorado.
