The 2011 version of the Colorado Wildfire & Insurance Guide is now available. Developed in partnership with the Rocky Mountain Insurance Information Association, the guide is a solid reference tool for property owners/residents in the growing wildland urban interface areas in Colorado. As we have already seen this Spring, wildfires can grow quickly and threaten lives, property and livelihoods of those in their path. Take a minute to read the brochure, consider steps you can take to ensure your insurance is up-to-date and coverage appropriate and, most importantly, to get tips on steps you can take to reduce your vulnerability to wildfire losses.
