Notice of Interest forms for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) are located below.   There are six different forms both in Word and PDF.  Eligible potential applicants include local governments, Tribal governments, state agencies, and certain private nonprofit organizations (including rural electric associations).
