State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) Status
Level 2: The SEOC is at a Level 2: The SEOC is at a level 2 in support of COVID-19 in collaboration with CDPHE. Level 2 is SEOC command and general staff, emergency support functions (ESFs), and/or recovery support functions (RSFs) in support of state agencies through applicable ESF and/or RSF activation.

State EOC Update: Governor Declares Emergency
On March 10, 2020 Governor Jared Polis declared a state of emergency at 9:30 a.m. The state of emergency provides:
- access to resources
- legal flexibility
- protect our most vulnerable communities
- better contain the outbreak
