State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) Status Level 2

continues to support of the following: U.S. 50 Blue Mesa Reservoir
Middle Bridge Closure, Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza in Weld County and monitoring Oak Ridge Fire in Pueblo and Custer Counties.
SEOC is operational Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI)
The Governor of Colorado verbally declared a disaster emergency on July 5, 2024. This declaration activates the State Emergency Operations Plan and directs the Office of Emergency Management (OEM) to take all necessary and appropriate State actions to assist the affected jurisdictions with their response, recovery, and mitigation efforts.
