This is a reminder that the Public Assistance (PA) Q1 2017 October - December Quarterly Report for your organization for FEMA DR-4229 is due on January 13, 2017. Reporting for the PA Program is required on all obligated large projects on a quarterly basis. Extensions to the deadline will only be considered for Applicants with more than 20 large projects.
Important clarifications:The “Expended to Date” amount should include all cumulative costs incurred on the project to date, including insurance considerations.
Quarterly reporting is required on each large project until FEMA has officially closed the project.
Failure to submit the Quarterly Report may result in de-obligation of project funding by FEMA.
