State EOC Activated for Decker Fire and Current Wildland Fires Map Updates

The Colorado State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) transitioned to Level III operations at 10:21 a.m. on October 2, 2019 to support the Decker Fire.

The State EOC updated the Current Colorado Wildfire Map with Decker Fire information, including:

  • Decker Fire Perimeter
  • Red Cross Evacuation Center: Salida United Methodist Church: 228 E 4th St, Salida, CO 81201
  • Large Animal Shelter: Chaffee County Fairgrounds
  • Small Animal Shelter: Ark-Valley Humane Society, 701 Gregg Dr., Buena Vista 81211
