State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) Status Level 2
- SEOC is operational Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. DHSEM and SEOC staff are supporting several wildfires in the state.
- July 13 Governor Polis issued a verbal disaster declaration due to wildfires in Montrose, Delta and Mesa counties. Executive Order D 2025 - 010.
- August 3 Governor Polis issued a verbal disaster declaration due to the Elk Fire in Rio Blanco county. Updated August 6 to include the Lee Fire.
- August 4 Governor Polis issued a verbal disaster declaration due to the Leroux Fire in Delta County.
- August 6 FEMA approved Fire Management Assistance Grant funding for Lee and Elk Fires.
- August 11 FEMA approved Fire Management Assistance Grant funding for Oak Fire.
